Who are we?
Many Paths is a mom-and-pop shop right now. The founder runs most operations and his wife helps him share his vision effectively. Our community members are vital, however, to the soul of the operation—they are just as much Many Paths as the "staff."

Andrew Bayiates
Founder, guide, and community director
An independent seeker since 1990, Andy’s personal evolution—spanning 11 years of Buddhist practice, experiments with Unitarian Universalism, Greek Orthodoxy, and Quakerism, and a career in creative expression—culminated in the 2026 founding of Many Paths.
His vision was crystallized during his professional formation at the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute (SGTI), where he was credentialed as a spiritual director in 2026. At SGTI, Andy witnessed a powerful model of interspiritual community: individuals with different spiritual backgrounds and beliefs learning from each other and sharing their journeys without friction.
Inspired by how seamlessly this inclusivity was modeled, Andy established Many Paths to bring that same experience to the unaffiliated seeker.
